一、電站建設注意事項 Notice about Power plant construction

◎ 機房（fáng）一般采用敞（chǎng）開式或是（shì）半開式，采用不發生（shēng）火花的地麵，地麵平整易於清理。

◎ 如果采用閉式機房，應按（àn）《建築設計防火規範》（TJ16-74）中防爆設計（jì）要求設計，必須是單（dān）層建築，門窗（chuāng）一律外開，設置大流量排放裝（zhuāng）置，防止燃氣體積（jī）聚集。

◎ 機房與操作（zuò）間應隔（gé）開，不得直接連通，觀察窗應雙層玻璃，且有（yǒu）鋼絲（sī）網防護。

◎ 必須有避雷裝置。

◎ 配備充足的滅火設備。

◎ 機房現場不能有明（míng）火，必須有明顯的“嚴（yán）禁煙火”等警示標誌。

◎ 發電（diàn）機組排出的廢氣中，可能混有少量可燃（rán）氣（qì）體，要（yào）設計安裝由發動機引向室（shì）外的排氣（qì）管，排氣管係統應連接可靠。

◎ Generator Room is usually constructed in open or semi-open type. The floor of generator room should be easily to clean and not easily to spark.
◎ If you want to construct closed generator room. You must construct a single-storey building. The open direction of all the doors and windows must turn outside. Please install some big capacity displacement device to avoid gas gathering.
◎ Generator room and the operation room must be separated, can not be directly connected. The observation window should be with double- deck glass protected by steel wire mesh.
◎ Lightning arrester is necessary.
◎ Prepare enough fire extinguishing appliances.
◎ "No Fire" mark should be obvious, open flame in the generator room is not allowed.
◎ In the exhaust gas, there might be a small amount of combustible gas. So the exhaust pipe of the generator must be leaded to outside of room. The exhaust pipe must be connected tightly.

二、機房設備要求 Requirements for the Equipments in Generator Room

◎機房內的電氣設備必（bì）須防爆，進行維修時，必須切斷電源。

◎在燃氣管道進房處，設置緊急閥門，以（yǐ）備廠房發生緊急情況時，可迅速切斷氣源，此閥門應離（lí）操作間很近。

◎要有（yǒu）氣體檢測報警係統，以檢測（cè）漏氣問題。

◎ Electric equipments in the generator room must be explosion proof. When you repair the equipments, must turn off the power.
◎ Fix an urgent valve at the intake where gas pipe is leaded into room. You can cut off the gas in time if it’s emergency. This valve should be close to the operation room.
◎ The alarm system of gas detecting is necessary to find out the gas leakage in time.

三、燃氣管道要求 Requirements for Gas pipe

◎燃氣管道要求用無縫鋼管，管壁不應（yīng）過薄，接頭處必須密封可靠，管道連接後要用燃氣檢測儀或是肥皂水檢測管線滲漏情況。

◎定期檢查閥門和管道，應無燃氣泄漏（lòu）情況、無（wú）管道破損情況。
 
◎ All the gas pipes should adopt seamless steel tube, the pipe well should not be very thin, the connector of pipe should be sealed tightly. After connecting, please detect the leakage situation by gas detector or soap suds.
◎ Check the valve and pipe regularly, make sure there is no leakage and breakage situation.
